Sherab Dhondop, 23 yo, in the bus taking him to the protest on the 11th of July 2008, and arrested by Nepali police in front of Chinese Visa Section, Katmandu, Nepal. Sherab is born in Kham, Tibet, and was only 2 years old when his parents started their journey out of occupied Tibet. His sister, 18yo is born in Nepal and now lives in India. His older brother, Tsering is 22yo and still is in Tibet, his parents couldn’t take him with them in their walk. “We have never met. My mother family took care of him, when my parents left. We talk few times a year: it is difficult because of communication restrictions imposed by the Chinese government”.
